We have developed some amazing recipes and a unique way of cooking them. These dishes will be more satisfying than you can imagine. No where else will you learn this method.
You will lose those few pounds and detox so your skin looks great. The meals, however, are not just for the short term they will become part of your life and the big truth about weight loss is that good habits are what count. Weird diets can work for a couple of weeks, but are not sustainable and leave the body confused. With these recipes you will find both your family and friends loving them, but most importantly your body will love them.
Yoga is a unique exercise system and our fantastic yoga sequence is going to leave you stretched and toned. But its benefits are greater than that. As you stretch and breathe everyday tightness is eased. The feeling of calm and relaxation that follows is really special. If you have ever done an exquisite series of yoga stretches you will know what I mean. As the stress goes the digestive system starts to work effectively. The body knows when something is right.

For success any change to your way of eating or lifestyle must be as easy as possible. So I created the recipes using ingredients that are available from the supermarkets like Tesco and Sainsburys. The ingredients of the recipes are all natural. When you enrol on a session I will email you a list of ingredients and if there is anything you are not sure about I can usually bring it along. The recipes are fantastic but I am actually showing you a way of cooking the food.
Some of the recipes use fish, prawns, eggs, tofu, beans cheese etc but the important thing is to add what you want. So if you would like to add chicken as the protein content, in place of fish, that will be fine.
Four sessions spread over 4 weeks.
Session 1
Introduction to weight loss yoga sequence and demonstration of cooking technique. See just how easy it is to make the dishes using the yogalight method. You will get the evening meal recipes tonight.
Session 2
Practice the yoga sequence. Let's burn those calories! Check everyone is ok with the cooking. Make the yogalight juice. Give out the juice recipe card.
Session 3
Practice the yoga sequence and relax the body. Cooking demonstration of how to make tofu delicious. Also we will make the yogalight golden salad dressing. Tonight you will get the salad recipes.
Session 4
Practice the yoga sequence with the emphasis on breathing. Enter the optimum state for weight loss. Cooking: look at the soups and get the recipes. Also a suggested diet sheet for the next 7 days.
You will be cooking like this for the rest of your life and if you loved the yoga come to a class!
